At Space Media Digital, we provide digital services such as SEO, content writing, and social media management. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final once the work has started or the service has been delivered.

You may request a full refund if:

• The service is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and

• No work has been started at that time.

Partial refunds may be considered only in specific cases where:

• Work has not been fully delivered, and

• The client has a valid reason for discontinuing the service.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Completed services

• Change of mind after delivery starts

• Non-responsiveness from the client’s side for over 14 days

• Delays or issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, algorithm changes)
